Returns & Refunds

This policy covers equipment purchased from our online shop.

Our policy at a glance

• 14-day return window: you have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to start a return. Returns are accepted whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind.
• We pay the return shipping: we send you a free prepaid return label to download and print, or arrange the freight pickup for larger equipment.
• 10% restocking fee: 10% of the product price, deducted from your refund.
• Returns by mail: ship it back with the label we provide. We don’t offer direct exchanges; return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.

How to start a return

Call or text (224) 500-8130, or email info@dentalsupplysurplus.com with your invoice number and the item you’re returning. We’ll confirm the return and get you the prepaid label (or schedule the freight pickup) right away.

Refunds

Please return the item in the condition you received it, with everything that was included. Once it arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected, we refund your original payment method for the purchase price less the 10% restocking fee, processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Your return confirmation email will show the exact refund amount before you ship anything back.
